Main Responsibilities

The Retail Operations Lead role comes with a salary ranging from $20.30 to $24.00 per hour, including robust benefits such as 100% company-paid healthcare and annual bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with management to optimize processes, drive team performance, and oversee the fulfillment and organization of the order desk area.

You’ll also maintain consistent workflows, ensure a safe and clean work environment, and resolve first-level issues within the team.

In addition, you’ll lead by example, encouraging a positive and professional team environment, and handle various data entry tasks.

Communicating in both English and Spanish is a big plus, as is previous experience leading teams in fast-paced environments and working with employment agencies.
